This is a list of condos that do monthly rentals in the Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral area. All units are fully furnished, most have washer/dryers and all units are ideally located close to shopping, restaurants and beaches. All units include base telephone, cable final clean and the first $100 of each month's electric. There is a $500 deposit required to lock in any unit. All rentals have an 11% tax if rented for less than six months and one day.
